After being lifted 24' to the second floor, the 18' diameter Yankee Dryer is shown moving laterally into the new Paper Machine Building. If a crane was used to set the dryer through the roof , it would have tripled the cost to move and set. The contractor saved time and money using Burkhalter innovation.
